The NEMS of National Taiwan University held a science camp of Nano-Bio technology focus on integrating theoretical knowledge into practical laboratory experience and the curriculum is developed utilizing David Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory to design activities in 2009. The purposes of science camp courses are to experience and learn nanotechnology relative issues? through speech, lab experiences, hand-on experience in nano, and student feedback. Finally, the findings of research were five points as follows: (1) Students’ preferences of courses found “Hand-on experience and Lab experiences” are the favorite courses. (2) Self-evaluation of learning result found also the same results, students though “Hand-on experience and Lab experiences” can learn much more. (3) Generally evaluations of teaching and learning in the camp results are satisfied. (4) There are significant positive relationships among there three factors (students’ preference of courses, self-evaluation of learning, evaluation of teaching and learning) and the highest correlation between students’ course preference and students’ self-evaluation. (5) The qualitative results of students’ opinions were distinguished into five parts: including curriculum design, classroom arrangement, teachers’ instruction, time arrangements, others.
